Limited Liability: While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of cyclists and their equipment, Nicholas Marshall shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred during the provision of services.

Assumption of Risk: Participation in cycling activities inherently involves risks, including but not limited to accidents, falls, collisions, and equipment failure. Participants voluntarily assume all such risks, and Nicholas Marshall shall not be responsible for any resulting consequences.

Medical Assistance: While the support van may carry medical supplies and provide basic first aid assistance, it is understood that the van driver is not a qualified medical professional. Any medical assistance rendered is of a general nature and should not be construed as a substitute for professional medical care.

Equipment and Supplies: The support van may carry equipment and supplies for the convenience of cyclists, but it is the responsibility of individual cyclists to ensure the adequacy and functionality of their own equipment. Nicholas Marshall does not guarantee the availability or suitability of any specific equipment or supplies.

Independent Contractors: Any individuals engaged by Nicholas Marshall to provide support van services operate as independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Nicholas Marshall. As such, Nicholas Marshall shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of such contractors.
By utilizing the services provided by Nicholas Marshall, you hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Nicholas Marshall from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the provision of services.
